P and Delete are available only when advanced review and pinned comments are enabled for the gallery.

Admin Gallery

Shift + R is available in the admin gallery detail when advanced review workflow states are enabled. It is inactive while the lightbox or vendor sharing panel is open.

When Shortcuts Are Inactive

Shortcuts do not run while typing in text fields, except Cmd/Ctrl + Enter inside comment and reply inputs.

Some shortcuts are hidden or inactive when your role cannot perform the action, the gallery is locked, advanced review is disabled, or the selection limit has been reached.
