Downloads

Downloads become available when the studio publishes final delivery assets. If the gallery still says proofing, finish selections or contact the studio.

When the download appears

The download depends on three conditions:

the studio has prepared a final asset;
the delivery has been published;
your account has access to the gallery.

If one of those conditions is missing, you may still see the proofing flow or a message that the file is not ready yet.

Before downloading

Confirm the gallery title and client name.
Check that selections are complete.
Keep the download archive unchanged for handoff.

What can be delivered

The final delivery can be:

a ZIP archive;
a set of final files;
a studio-generated asset;
an updated package after a revision.

Do not rename or modify the original archive if you need to keep it as the official delivery.

After downloading

Open the archive and make sure it is not corrupted.
Check that the contents match the right gallery.
Store a safe copy.
Tell the studio immediately if something is missing.
Do not use an expired link as a permanent archive.

Common problems

Problem	What to do
No download button	Delivery is not published yet or the gallery is not ready.
The link does not work	Reload the page or ask the studio for a fresh access link.
The file is wrong	Do not use it; contact the studio with the gallery name and issue.
The file is very large	Download on a stable network and avoid closing the browser.
